So take some time to enjoy the last days of the brisk weather before the spring and summer arrive and the feeling of the city changes, when the cool air gives way to the warm weather and the more open feeling that kind of fashion brings.

There’s something to be said for being able to link arms and brave the chill together, when couples clutch more closely together to brave the wintery nights.
