I've never had a cable set up in Korea that didn't have it because it's actually a government channel. However, he aim is to educate and promote Korean abroad, which is why all the programming is in English. Wikipedia has a few channels that it's on: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arirang_TV I'm curious to see how they'll present us and, I'll admit, I'm a bit nervous.
