The two trends I have been seeing were stirrup pants with high heels (Last time I saw stirrup pants was about 1986.) and low heels with a peekaboo opening (showing two toes at most) in the front. I see more women dressing like Velma from Scooby Doo (sport socks and sneakers) than ballet flats, but then again I'm at a university in Shinchon. You sure about this?
