실은, 아니다. 근데 진짜 무슨 고급, 디자이너 찜질복같이 않아? 아마 압구정동쪽에 있는 찜질방이겠다. 그런 연예인전용 찜질방들은 이런 명품 찜질복을 나누어 주 일반 사람들이 못 들어가겠죠. 보통 사람들과 다르게 하는 거잖아. 멋쟁들이만 찜질방에서 하이힐 신고 다니는 거지. 그치? ㅋㅋㅋ

Yeah – the t-shirt and shorts they give you so you can sit around and read comics while eating ramen and getting all sweaty in while your own clothes stay clean and dry. Talent Seo Yeong-hee is posing for the camera crews to promote her new drama, "The Golden Age of the Daughter-In-Law" (rough translation from "며느리 전성시대"), but she looks more like she just walked out of an elite 찜질방 made just for stars. Because only stars would wear heels to a 찜질방. Hehe.

그 만큼 프리하고 걱정없이 먹는 거아니겠지만 그래도 한국에서 좀더 뭔가 있는 여성 연예인을 보일 수 있으니까 좋네요. 나도 언니들이랑 삼겹살을 먹고 싶은데! 화이팅, 씨야!

Now, that's our kind of girl! Now, they were just joking around, but kinda not really. They went on to say that they loved them some samgyeop and each member eats about three servings each at afterparty dinners.

Well, since I think the girls probably worry about their figures a bit more than they let on, I highly doubt this, but it's still nice to see some Korean stars who don't weigh 3 pounds and look like stick figures.

To the death!

This past weekend, at comedian Pak Kyeong-rim's wedding, it was on, girlfriends. The battle of the minidresses, or as they're called in Korean – the "one-piece." And all the stars and starlets showed up looking pretty fab and fresh, and nearly everyone was riding the trends, as stars and their stylists are wont to do: cool minidresses and clutch purses, for the most part.

And a note to the photographers – how can you judge the fashion without the shoes?! Hello? Grrr. I've linked to the original articles in which the pictures appeared at the bottom of each section.

Jang Na-ra was looking quite gold and glamourous, I must say, and stop looking coy! You know you look good, girl. But Hyo-ri! I don't know what to say about the dress – kinda "ehh" – but the dead-cream-butterfly-on-the-black-clutch-bag…I'm not feeling it. Doesn't she look like she's kinda apologizing with her eyes?

Han Hyo-ju and Hwang Bo-ra were looking good, and I love Bo-ra's long bag. Shiny, shiny! Lee Su-yeong dressed to…umm…not really stand out. What can one say?

Hyeon Yeong looked kinda scared and like she forgot to bring any purse or accessories, but otherwise looks wedding-worthy; Jo Jeong-rin and Sol-bi look like two flower girls and also fairly uninteresting, but added to the overall mini-dress action.

Newly-reconstructed Yangpa looked crumpled-but-cool, with her riveted metal clutch looking quite robotronic. Cha Hye-rin, on the other hand, looked quite refined-yet-non-descript, and also sported her requisite bit of "futurism."

Kim Ah-joong was looking, well…pretty uncomfortable with herself, as well as her quirky (and short!) miniskirt and weird open-chested sweater-thing; she looks like she's thinking about making a dash for the door, and makes me uncomfortable. Jeong Seo-hee looked like she had thrown the top part of a weird suit over her casual outfit and grabbed a random bag on the way out the door. I wish I could have seen her shoes – and that the photographers at Newsen knew what they were doing, or the photo editors, at any rate.

Kang Hye-jeong wins the booby prize for not knowing that you're supposed to dress up for star-studded events, especially people's weddings – guess she didn't get the memo. Pak Shin-hye just looks…frumpy. Too many competing frills up there, I dare say.

I'd say that the overall winner – despite rocking black bows on three separate places on her body (neck, purse, and shoes) – for looking interesting, summery cool, and just plain appropriate for a wedding was Jang Na-ra.

I thought that listening to her cotton-candy songs was excruciating (yet somehow addictive) and I never rocked out to her music; but she was looking fly in that her style and personality seemed to match the clothes she was wearing that day.

And I LOVE the bag, girlfriend! (Check out the bag in the first picture at the top of this page.)

One thing I'd like to say to Newsen photographers – could you expose properly with the outdoor shots next time? Most of the photos were so overexposed, you could barely see what anyone was wearing. And since shoes makes the fashion, please don't leave them out, mmm-kay?

And the bag – which I like by itself – doesn't go, with all that other business going on.

1. High-heels or flats? 하이힐 or 단화?

특별히 가리지는 않는다..그날 옷과 컨디션에 따라..전날 많이 걸었다던가 많이 걸어야 할 것 같은 날엔 발에 부담이 덜 가게 플랫슈즈나 운동화를 신는다. 그렇지 않은 날엔 당연히 하이힐,,그치만 너무 높은 굽은 안 신는다..

2. What makes a fabulous shoe? 간지나는- 멋진 신발을 만드는 조건?

아무리 예쁜 신발이라도 상태가 깨끗하지 않으면 전체의 분위기가 깨지는 것 같다.물론 옷과도 잘 어울려야 하고… 그리고. 걸을 때의 자세도 중요한 것 같다..발을 질질 끈다던가 다리를 벌리고 걷는다던가..이런건 신발을 죽이는 일이다.^^

3. How many pairs of shoes should a woman own? 대부분 여자들은 몇 켤레의 신발을 갖고 있나요?

글쎄..사람에 따라 큰 차이가 있지 않을까..아직 내가 몇켤레가지고 있는지도 세어보질 않았는데 남의 신발장까진..^^

4. How many pairs of shoes do you own? 몇 켤레의 신발을 당신은 갖고 있나요?

지금 처음 세어봤다..70켤레 정도 되는 것 같다.

5. What's the most you're willing to pay for a pair of shoes? 당신이 신발을 볼 때 가장 신경쓰는 것은?

일단은 디자인에 끌리지만 아무리 예뻐도 발이 편하지 않으면 구입하지 않는다.사 놓고 신지 않을게 뻔하기 때문..

난 높은 힐을 신고 무대에서 춤추듯 연주를 한다..가만히 앉아서하는 클래식 연주가 아닌 역동적인 크로스오버 음악..무대위에서 만큼은 머리부터 발끝까지 사람들의 시선을 받는다..

7. Which pair of shoes do you wear the most? the least? Why? 어떤 신발을 가장 자주 신나요? 가장 안신는 신발은 어떤 것? 이유?

이상하게 신는 것만 신게 된다..운동화를 신는 날이 아니면 실버 T 스트랩을 즐겨 신는다..가장 안 신는건 뮬이다..걸을 때마다 뒤가 들려서 계단 내려갈때 소리가 크게 나는게 싫다..

8. I believe every pair of shoes has a fascinating history. What's the story behind your favorite pair? 신발마다 다 사연이 있을 것 같은데, 가장 좋아하는 신발은?

가죽꽃장식이 달린 검은 스트랩 샌들..편해서 몇번 굽갈이까지 하면서 신고 있는데 오랜시간 함께한 만큼 여러가지 추억이 깃들어 있다.

9. Are there any fashion trends you dislike or even absolutely hate? 가장 싫어하는 패션 트렌드는?

싫어하는 패션트렌드는 없지만 온통 최신 트렌드로 무장한건 정말 싫다..

10. Which pair is your favorite?

가장 자주 신는 신발이겠죠?^^
