OMG.. i have the urge to buy this on a korean online shopping mall the other time… but it is just too hot to wear it in singapore…

Actually, a friend of mine pointed out to me that there is at least a 400 year old tradition of putting animal hats on children near the new year, in Asia. Apparently it has something to do with fooling demons into thinking the kids are scary animals so that they will be left alone. I like the polar bear hat from last year. This year was disappointing though, because Paris Baguette is giving elf hats with a cake purchase this year, and they aren’t cute like the polar bear ones. I just saw polar bear hats for sale in Edae though.
