멀티매거진 for your fashion fetish…
“Throw your hands in the air, if you’s a big playa!”

It’s difficult stopping older folks in the street, because it always seems like they’re in a hurry. And explaining that we were taking a picture for an online magazine, or asking for the standard email address, chat ID, and mobile phone number that we do for our street models seemed a bit irrelevant here, since he didn’t have any of those. But we didn’t see him as old-fashioned, but rather old school, which makes a big big difference. You see, even with old-school style, the fashion may change, but, as Yves Saint Laurent once said, “style is eternal.”
His hat says it all – people don’t really wear hats anymore, but people from the old school crew do, especially on a brisk fall afternoon when the wind’s picking up. And is that a feather in his cap, or is he really that pimped out? That’s one granddaddy of a stylin’ granddaddy. I hope I’m this stylish when I’m this old; heck, I’m not even this stylish now. Dang, granddad! Work it!
“Street Peeps” are interesting people who, for some reason, catch our eye and make us want to ask, “Who are you and what do you do?” Perhaps it’s their fashion; perhaps it’s their attitude; often, it’s just a feeling that there’s something under the surface that we want to know about. All around us – sitting next to us on the subway, waiting behind us in line, walking past us in the street – there are fascinating and remarkable people, yet we never stop to talk to them. Well, we do, and we bring them to you.

Thank you!
I told you there are some stylin’ older Koreans running around Seoul. You got one!
He looks absolutely fabulous! You’re right, the hat seals the deal.
I still want to find that man I saw in that pimptastic jacket on the bus a couple of weeks ago.
Yes, the young Koreans are showing some serious style these days, but they get that fashion sense from their elders. Thanks for featuring one
The hat *is* great. But it wouldn’t really work without the rest of the ensem. He is totally pulled together. That green vest is a complementary color that adds interest and that tie that is the perfect shade of blue to be a spot of color and coordinate with the gray. Just awesome.
I love the third shot where he’s talking to you. To me, it seems like while he is humble about being photographed, he’s also glad someone appreciates his effort.
