I've been seeing "denim" leggings everywhere. It's like skinny jeans just weren't tight enough so they had to go a step further and just make them TIGHTS. While I think they ride on the edge of trashy, with a long shirt I think they can work. And this woman looks pretty good. She wears them well and she has the body to rock them out. But not everyone can. Like the guy from "Ask a gay guy" says, if you're fat, don't wear skinny jeans. Thus the the same would apply for these super skinny jeans. Are those jeans really jeans?
