The dress would've been perfect had there not been any crinoline peeking from underneath. You were spot on about the bag, it ruined her effect but I have to give her her due, she tried to do rock something other than a miniskirt with half of her behind hanging out. I swear, I cannot wait for winter to hit so that I get a break from all the hoochiness posing as style walking around. I loved the shoes.
